About Stephy Nobles-Beans
Stephaine (Stephy) is a self-published author, speaker, and life coach dedicated to helping people rise above and launch into their destiny and purpose. She is the founder of SNB and W.E.R.E. (Women Ever Rising Every Day) and has served as a Community Advocate for Women and Children, she is a Transformational Leader, and Educator for over 20 years.
She is a survivor of domestic violence and sexual assault, and uses her past pain to help others heal from their pain through her powerful empowerment presentations, speaking engagements, workshops, and improv’ plays, people’s lives have been changed.
Stephaine knows what it means to endure, to place dreams on the back burner for family, she knows the power of persistence. Divorced after 32 years of marriage, she knew she had to make some major changes in her life. She understands the power of resilience and tenacity in the face of life’s disappointments.
At the age of 43, she returned to school, graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree, then at the age of 60 she returned graduated with honors with her Master’s Degree at her alma mater, Whitworth University, where she has been employed for over 23 years. She is the Associate Chaplain in Campus Ministries for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Ministries. She is also a Professor teaching Diverse Christian Leadership, as well as African American Preaching and Legal and Ethical Leadership.
